We are a boutique cakery that specializes in gluten-free, hand-crafted, artisan cakes. All of our cakes are made from scratch (no mixes!!) and we use only the freshest, organic ingredients available. You cannot compare our cakes or our prices with those of a Supermarket bakery or a chain bakery. Most of these bakeries use mixes and pre-make their cakes weeks in advance, flash freezing them until it is time to decorate. These cakes, while tasty, cannot match the personality or uniqueness of our artisan cakes. Not only that, you will rarely find a gluten-free cake at any of these bakeries. If you do, be prepared for cross contamination and a cake that is gritty and obviously gluten-free. At The Sweet Tooth Cakery we pride ourselves on our ability to surprise most people when we tell them "That's gluten-free!" |
